Ingredients
  • 210 gr of apricot
Directions
Step 1
Gently rinse the apricots in water without soaking them. Cut the apricots in half. Remove and discard the stone.
Step 2
Place the two parts, diced, in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 4
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 5
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 6
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 7
Blend the bowl content.
