Ingredients
- 1 cup/90g rolled oats
- 4 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 4 tbsp chopped sunflower seeds
- 8 tbsp sunflower seed butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to the blending bowl of the Babycook and blitz to combine.
Step 2
Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and then roll into balls using your hands.
Step 3
These can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months.
